Meet the team
Martin - managing director
Before creating Prague Events, Martin studied gastronomy and event management College. He then gained experience in the UK and the US, before becoming Deputy Director of the Best Czech Catering Company. He discovered that he had a passion for event management, and decided to create his own company that would allow him to bring all of his creative visions to life. After seven years being in event management, Prague Events was born, and his joy in event management has not waivered.
In his free time, Martin enjoys spending time with his wife and two children at the weekend cottage. He also enjoys Nordic walking and flying drones.

Jirka - event manager
As the main organizational and technical contact in the Prague Events team, Jirka is an expert on creating a “flow” to each event, and predicting challenges that may arise.
After completing his studies at the Hotel and Restaurant Management College, Jirka worked in various restaurants, bars and hotels across the Czech Republic. Nearly twelve years ago, he decided that his organizational and problem-solving skills would be of great value in the field of event management – and lucky for us, he was right!
When he is not managing events, Jirka enjoys relaxing in the sun with a sci-fi novel.

Lucie - event manager
Meet Lucie – our resident “social butterfly”! She has over a decade of experience with creating and executing original events, and lists developing lasting relationships through good communication as a top priority. Lucie loves music, singing, bicycling and skiing – all of which come in handy when organising activities and top-shelf entertainment!

Rick - team building specialist
First and foremost, Rick believes in SERIOUS FUN. He has been leading outdoor activities in both his native Canada and the Czech Republic for over 20 years, and has completed specialist certification courses in rock climbing and canoe tripping, as well as CPR and first-aid safety courses.
Rick has successfully organized both indoor and outdoor teambuilding events for many of the largest local and international companies in Prague. He has a great deal of experience with leading and developing teams, in order to achieve success in a variety of environments.

Petra - assistant event manager
Petra hails from South Moravia, famous across Central and Eastern Europe for its wine production. Some of Prague’s top bars and restaurants have been fortunate enough to benefit from Petra’s positive attitude and creative problem-solving solutions. We are very happy that she has chosen to exercise her skills with Prague Events !
Zuzana - assistant event manager
Zuzana manages to bring together the worlds of serious finance and management to those of creativity and hospitality. She loves fitness, historical novels and travelling. Her global experience has been a great asset to Prague Events, providing a window into many regions, and helping to create authentic regionally specific events.
Petr - assistant event manager
Prague’s frequent visitors have undoubtedly come across Petr at some point during their travels. Petr studied hotel and restaurant management before working in several of the city’s top restaurants. In his free time, Petr also enjoys travelling the world on his motorcycle.
